Jupiter is the largest of the planets in our solar system at 318 times the mass of the Earth. It has four large moons, called the Galilean Satellites, which are Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto (in order of increasing distance from Jupiter). All are visible in binoculars and telescopes.
All of these were taken with my Orion StarMax 102mm Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope (1300mm focal length or f/12.7) on an EQ-2 equatorial mount with motor drive, the camera mounted directly to the telescope.
